FAQ - IP Tunnels

How do I choose my tunnel type?

Our panel allows you to create any type of tunnel (WireGuard, GRE, IPIP, VXLAN) on the fly. No prior selection required when ordering - everything is configured directly from your admin interface.

Do I need to provide technical info when ordering?

No! Simply select your general characteristics. Fine-tuning of tunnels and provisioning is then done autonomously in your panel.

What's the difference between subnet and bridge?

Subnet: Routable IP subnet (e.g., a /24 divided into /25). Allows segmenting your IP blocks between different tunnels.

Bridge: L2 virtual switch to interconnect tunnels (EOIP/VXLAN). Ideal for extending VLANs between sites.

Why is my subnet not accepted?

For security reasons, only pre-approved (whitelisted) subnets are usable. You can:
1. Use a child subnet of an authorized block
2. Submit a whitelisting request via support

Can I use my own IP block without ASN?

Yes! We announce your block via our ASN. Conditions: provide proof of IP ownership and a LOA (Letter of Authorization).
